How can I report a technical issue?+

Send your device model, operating-system version, the screen where the issue occurred and, if possible, a screenshot to support@rgtechnology.com.tr or use the form above.

How can I delete my account and game data?+

In the game, go to Settings > General Settings > Delete My Account and Data. If you cannot access the game, submit a request through the account and data deletion page.

Does deletion also delete my Google account?+

No. Only the World Of Lighta account and its associated game data are deleted; your Google account and Google Play Games profile remain intact.
