1. Scope and data controller
The data controller is RG RESTORANT GIDA VE PAZARLAMA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, operating under the RG Technology brand. MERSIS No: 0735230059900001. Address: Habibler Mah. A-1 Cad. B No: 21-23 İç Kapı No: 13, Sultangazi / Istanbul / Türkiye.
This policy covers pages under rgtechnology.com.tr, support channels and the World Of Lighta mobile game. Google, Unity, Apple and other platforms may act as independent controllers or processors for their own services and apply their own privacy notices.
2. Data that may be processed
Account and profile
Unity player ID, platform player ID, display name, avatar URL, country/flag, declared age and account provider.
Game and progress
Level progress, stars, scores, Weekly/Global Challenge records, in-game balances, boosts, streaks, rewards and entitlements.
Purchases
Product ID, transaction status, purchase-verification information and restorable entitlements. RG Technology does not receive payment-card details.
Device and diagnostics
IP address, approximate location, device model, operating system, app version, Firebase installation/app-instance identifiers, session/event data, error and crash logs.
Advertising
Advertising or device identifiers, ad impressions, clicks/interactions, privacy choice, limited app usage and advertising-fraud signals.
Contact
Name, email, support subject, platform/device details, message, attachments and correspondence history.
3. Website
The website has no membership system, comments or behavioural-advertising tags. It is served through Firebase App Hosting and Google Cloud; IP address, request time, browser/device type and technical logs may be processed for security, capacity management and troubleshooting.
Information submitted through support and account-deletion forms is delivered to our support team through Google Apps Script and corporate email to receive the request, locate the correct account, prevent unauthorised action and respond. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary identity documents.
4. World Of Lighta
4.1 Local and cloud game data
Language, audio and privacy choices and part of the game record are stored on the device. When a platform account is linked, profile, progress, economy, entitlement and challenge data are associated with a player ID and synchronised between devices through Unity Authentication and Unity Cloud Save. We do not see or store your password.
4.2 Weekly and Global Challenge
Display name, avatar, country/flag, score, rank, group and challenge-period information may be shown to other players. Unity Leaderboards and Cloud Code process limited verification records to maintain score integrity, distribute rewards and prevent cheating and abuse.
4.3 Purchases
In-app purchases are handled through Google Play or the relevant distribution platform and the Unity IAP integration. RG Technology does not receive payment-card details; product, transaction result, verification record and restorable entitlement information may be processed.
4.4 Advertising and privacy choices
The game uses Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Unity Ads and Pangle may be used as AdMob mediation/bidding sources for interstitial and/or rewarded ads. Google, Unity and Pangle may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device details and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control, security and fraud prevention.
Required choices in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and sale/sharing and targeted-advertising choices in supported US states, are presented through UMP messages. Where available, choices can be reopened through Privacy Choices in General Settings. Advertising personalisation is disabled and requests use the Teen/T content limit for users who declare an age of 13–17. For users aged 18 or over, the UMP choice applies and requests do not exceed the MA ceiling configured in AdMob.
4.5 Analytics and crash reporting
Google Analytics for Firebase processes app-open, session, screen/feature-use and technical events to measure and improve the service. Firebase Crashlytics processes app version, device/operating-system details, crash time, stack traces and Firebase/Crashlytics installation identifiers to diagnose errors and improve stability. These services are configured according to regional requirements and recorded privacy choices.

5. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide the player account, cloud save, challenges, store and support services.
- Maintain the security, stability and technical continuity of the game and website.
- Verify purchases, deliver entitlements and restore them where applicable.
- Serve ads, apply choices, measure performance and prevent fraud.
- Investigate errors and crashes, understand service use and improve the product.
- Meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or protect legal rights.
Depending on the activity, processing relies on performance of a contract, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of rights, legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights and, where legally required, consent. Consent-based advertising choices may be refused or withdrawn.
6. Service providers and transfers
Provider systems may be located outside Türkiye. Transfers are limited to data necessary and proportionate to the service. Applicable safeguards and transfer mechanisms under Article 9 of the Turkish KVKK, provider contracts and security controls are taken into account.
7. Retention and deletion
Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the period ends. Copies in secure backups are removed from access through the normal backup cycle. Limited records required for tax, payment, fraud prevention or proof of a dispute are kept only for the relevant purpose and period.
8. Account and data deletion
In the game, go to Settings → General Settings → Delete My Account and Data to permanently delete your Unity Authentication account, Cloud Save profile, progress and player-linked live leaderboard records. Local game data on that device is also cleared. This does not delete your Google account or Google Play Games profile.
If you cannot access the game, submit a request through the Account and Data Deletion page. Proportionate verification may be requested to prevent unauthorised deletion.
9. Security
Measures include access restrictions, secure connections, secret management, access and incident logs, current software, provider controls and incident response. Administrative credentials are not included in the mobile application package. No internet method is absolutely secure; potential incidents are assessed and legally required notifications are made.
10. Children's privacy
World Of Lighta is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not intend to knowingly collect personal data from a user we know is under 13. Advertising personalisation is disabled and Teen/T ad requests are used for users who declare an age of 13–17. A UMP choice is not age verification.
11. Rights in Türkiye
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether and how your data is processed, learn its purpose and recipients, request correction and—where conditions apply—deletion or destruction and notice to recipients, object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
12. US state privacy rights
Depending on your state and the scope of its law, you may have rights to confirm/know and access your personal data, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale or sharing, targeted advertising and profiling that produces significant effects, limit certain uses of sensitive data, appeal a decision and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
RG Technology does not sell personal data for money. However, disclosure of advertising identifiers to advertising partners for personalised or cross-context behavioural advertising may be considered a “sale”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws. Eligible users can opt out through Privacy Choices in General Settings; restricted data processing may apply when the advertising infrastructure receives a supported universal opt-out signal.
For California, categories that may have been processed in the preceding 12 months are identifiers, internet/electronic-network activity, approximate location, commercial transaction-verification information and game interactions. They may be disclosed to service providers for the purposes above. Sensitive personal information is not used to infer characteristics. 13. Changes and contact
